Spa Etiquette: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow stress-free check-in. Tardiness may decrease the length of your service.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours
notice is required. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the
required time will be billed 50% of the total charge. Late arrivals may
result in a shortened appointment. A major credit card may be required to
hold your appointment.
Alerts: Please inform your esthetician or massage therapist if you are pregnant, using Retin-A, Accutane, any photosensitizing medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above, may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
Please note: We can not perform any facials, facial waxing or make-up if you have a fever blister/cold sore at the time of service.
